Jumbo Meatballs

As a picky eater I wasn't too keen on this recipe but I ended up loving it! This will go on my list of regulars. My husband was the one who did the cooking (which he hardly ever does) so it just goes to how show how easy and quick it really is! Tastes just like meatloaf but better.

My family tolerated this dish. I think the Ranch dressing combined with the chicken flavored stuffing made for a bad combination. But my dad makes the best meatballs EVER so this dish didn't have a real good chance.

So good and so easy!! I didn't brush them with ketchup and they still came out very good!! We will definitely be having these again!

These meatballs were quick and easy to make. I doubled the recipe and froze the leftovers. They defrosted quickly in the microwave and are great on subs, or with pasta. I will definitely make these again!

I'm not a meatball fan, but I tried them as a part of the "1-bag 5-meals" suggestions and I really liked these. They're more like mini-meatloafs than a meatball, which is a good thing to me.

Could hardly wait till they were done before devoring them. Yum Yum...

I want to try this recipe soon. I shall do so upon my next pay day. I wanted to add that I believe you can substitute tomato sauce for the ketchup in this recipe.

Was approved by my husband and 8-year-old. Did make a couple of changed. First, did not put the cheese in because I didn't have any on hand (husband isn't a big fan of cheese anyway) and didn't add the ketchup, though my son and I dipped them in ketchup. Husband dipped in A-1. Would be great made as a meatloaf (basically what they are...little meatloafs!)

DELISCIOUS!! Very easy and fun to make. My husband and 3 yr old son loved this. We will definately be making this again!
