This taco salad was good. It wasn't great. The one thing I did differently was cut down on the amount of lettuce. Ten cups is too much for a family of three. I used four cups, and there was plenty leftover for lunch today.

I'm a Weight Watcher, so I used as much no-fat, low fat items as possible. This took this down to a reasonable 8 points from a whopping 13 points!

The only think that would make this better is Doritos. We put crushed doritos on the bottom, the meat on top of that and then everything else on top! Trust me. It's good! Adds a little pop of flavor that is seriously delish...we also use french dressing. Try it you'll like it!

we never had taco salad like this or even tacos like this. I love ranch dressing, but never thought to put it on tacos. Everyone loved this recipe and we will def make it again!

Tasty, quick taco salad!! my husband usually does not eat taco salads...but he has requested this tasty meal again and again! We love the ranch dressing!

We all loved it! Quick and easy and so tasty. I think I will try a few different dressings to see which one really sets it off best.

We left out the tomoatos and added red onions to the salad! We also added some hot sauce. This was one of the best tasting salads I have ever had. I want to try it with ground chicken or turkey also! Yum!!

I have been making this for some time, but I use Catalina dressing, which kicks it up a notch higher in taste.
