It was ok, not the best not the worst. Would probably make again since my husband liked it.
This is a family favorite! Everyone loves it, the kids even eat the vegetables in it! Hahaha We use 1lb of spaghetti instead of the 2 cups because it came out too soupy for our taste like that.
very bland- not even worth all of the eggs you have to put in it!
I made this Frittata this past week and it was horrible. We were very excited to try something different but once we took our first bite we quickly made the decision that I would not make it again. It did taste a little better with a little bit of salsa added on top but other than that there was really no taste. What a waste of all them eggs!!
i made this with 4 eggs, 12oz of bacon, buttered the noodles and seasoned them with some italian seasoning, used 1 1/2 cups mixed veggies, 1 1/2 of cheese, about 2 tables spoons of the bacon greese, took out the onions, left everything else the same and it was AWESOME, my hubby even liked it and asked when we were having it again and he's very picky
This recipe is not very flavorful but it was quick and easy. Next time I am going to stir the bacon and onion in with the noodles and maybe add some green chiles. We added salsa to the top and that made it better.

This wasnt too bad. I doubled the green onions, bacon and cheese since everyone said it was so bland. I think it helped. Me and my hubbie both liked it.
It was very mushy and bland. I did not like the texture, and it didn't really have any flavor. YOu also need to cook it longer than it said, because the egg mix in the middle needs to cook longer so it's not runny. :(
