I like frittatas but the thought of spaghetti in one sounded like a bad texture combination. So I made some major modifications on this...left out the pasta and added in a little frozen spinach. It turned out really well. I also used an egg substitute for some of the eggs to cut down on the cholesterol.

This was not very good! I made it for a group of church friends, for us to have at a sunday lunch meeting. That was not a good idea. we ended up going to pick up some chicken from a local restaurant instead.

We did not like this at all. Don't know what part of it wasn't good - but no one in the house ate it. Hubby ate all the tomatoes off the top and the rest of us had cereal. Would not make it again.

It looked pretty, but the egg was too much. The only good thing about this recipe was the tomato on top, and there wasn't enough of that. We didn't like this one at all.

This recipe needed more veggies and less egg...it also needed more flavor. If I made it again, I would definitely add more of my own spices to it and maybe some sliced mushrooms or asparagus.

This had a pretty strange texture to it. We really didn't like it at all, but if we had put hashbrowns and cheese instead of spagetti and dressing, I think it would have been awesome!

It had no flavor. It was so bland. I even salt a peppered and added more dressing.

Double the dressing, peas, onions, bacon and cheese and it is much better.
