Excellent! The potatoes were wonderful; the chicken delicious! My kids, husband and I all loved this recipe. Can't wait to make it again!

Here's a tip if you think your chicken was too bland. Marinate the chicken in whatever dressing you used for the potatoes (I used Italian) then dip it right in your coating mixture. Makes a big difference!

I thought it was good, but I agree about microwaving the potatoes - 7 minutes was too long because the potatoes dried up. Loved the peppers!!

I loved the potato/vegetable side dish. I added asparagus and zucchini and left it in the oven until it was crispy.

My husband and I thought it was great. Pretty easy too, I was able to get a lot done, including most of the clean up while it was cooking. Spray the foil well so it doesn't stick. Also if you microwave the potatoes like it says, take them out after 30 minutes or so, I thought they dried out a little. I also added carrots to the veggies.

I prefer chicken breasts, but this is a cheap, almost-as-good alternative. Smells great while it's cooking in the oven. LOVE the potatoes.

My husband and I loved this. I used the Kraft breading and it tasted great. My husband liked the chicken the most, but I thought the chicken and the veggies were both great. I used drumsticks and tighs. The only put I didn't like was taking the skin off.
