I would make the vegetables again, but we weren't big fans of the chicken. It was kind of blah. The potatoes and peppers though.. very tasty.

This dish was so yummy and easy to make. I used the Sundried Tomato Dressing and it was such a great flavor. Even my 3yr old loved the peppers. Will definitley make this for company

This recipe actually got my 3 year old to eat chicken! Everything had a really good flavor to it, and I can't wait to make it again.

Great flavor in the vegetables. I used chicken breasts instead of bone-in chicken and switched to the Italian flavored Shake and Bake to match the flavor in the vegetables. Easy to make and tastes great!

The kids hated the veggies and there was nothing special about the Shake N Bake chicken.

We did not like how teh veggies came out. The bell pepper was mushy and the potatoes were boring. With so many more interesting chicken and veggie recipes out there, we are not making this one again.

Great Recipe; however instead of the ranch I used Kraft's Sun Dried Tomato dressing. Seriously try this recipe.

This recipe was pretty simple to make. I used the new parmesan Shake-and-Bake and it went perfect with the potatos. I think you could use just about anything that goes good with ranch dressing and potatoes in for vegetables, or skip the potatoes and just use vegies. I thought about green beans, onions, broccali, &/or carrots. You would have to watch the cooking if you use different vegies.

i made alot of adjustments to this recipe. i cooked the potatoes and peppers for 20 mins. before i put chicken strips on top and baked it for 20 more mins. the chicken left a little to be desired but the potatoes were really good.
