This was good and I think that adding a little garlic during the cooking of the chicken might give the dish just a little more flavor.

My entire family of 6 LOVED this recipe!!! From my husband to our 1 1/2 yr old- they are askin for it! I was alittle worried because not everyone her likes mustard but It was a winner for sure!

Like the flavor of the green pepper in this dish. Used 2 bouillon cubes instead of 1 for more flavor. Nice simple meal.

This was really good!! I added some onion and Italian seasoning. Also, I served it over the rice instead of adding the rice to the skillet (we have a vegetarian in the family). I will definitely make this again!

I added 1 clove of crushed garlic and a couple sliced green onions. In addition, I added some seasonings (parsley, salt, pepper). My hubby loved it! I would definitely make this again!

Really good, and yummy, usually don't like peppers, but the whole week of recipes was great! And I have picky eaters!!

Great recipe and so easy! I mixed in some broccoli along with the peppers, and sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese over top when it was finished. It was great!
