What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

red peppers, chopped

Tbsp. chili powder

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided

flour tortillas (6 inch)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/2

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Make It

BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in peppers and chili powder; cook 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

STIR in sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese; spoon down centers of tortillas. Roll up; place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch pan. Drizzle with dressing; top with salsa and remaining cheese.

BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

I thought the dressing was a nice addition to the recipe. We enjoyed this meal with rice, bean, and salad.

Delicious -- my husband and children (ages 3 years and 20 months) all asked for seconds. We used taco sauce on half of the roll-ups since my husband doesn't like tomatoes, and it was just as good as the roll-ups with salsa. Delicious, and SOO easy.

It was great. I used a beef and onion soup mix instead of the peppers and chili and my children really liked it. The only thing I would adjust is the sour cream.
