What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

red peppers, chopped

Tbsp. chili powder

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided

flour tortillas (6 inch)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/2

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Make It

BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in peppers and chili powder; cook 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

STIR in sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese; spoon down centers of tortillas. Roll up; place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch pan. Drizzle with dressing; top with salsa and remaining cheese.

BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

i added enchillada sauce and taco mix in with the beef...easy to make and turned out very good!

My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. I thought the Zesty Italian Dressing added a bit of flavor to the whole because the filling was kind of bland, which could be my fault. I am allergic to peppers, so I only added peppers to his half (and skipped the salsa on mine - I used crushed tomatoes instead). It was still pretty good. I will be making this again.

This recipe was really easy to make! My husband and I agreed that next time we would make it without the italian dressing on top. We thought it would taste better without it, just topping it off with the salsa. I also suggest keeping the filling warm before assembling because the broiler for five minutes does not heat the inside and our meal was not hot in the middle.
