This is a great change from the normal burritos. We love these. The Italian dressing really makes the good.

My husband is a very picky eater and we all loved this one! I added some taco seasoning to the meat also to give it a little more favor. It was really good.

I skipped the red peppers, and it ended up tasting like pepperoni pizza! It was delicious, but a little greasy.

This was very bland. Could use more flavor in the meat mixture, maybe some sauteed onions or even some salsa.

Instead of red peppers, I used frozen stir-fry veggies (peppers and onions) and Mexican cheese instead of chedder. We really liked it though. I will make it again. My 4 y/o has already made me promise I would!

These were absolutey delicious! I substituted a tomato for the red pepepr since my mom can't eat them, and left out the sour cream since I'm not a fan. I'm thinking that I might add it next time or perhaps just add more beef since I couldn't quite fill 8 tortillas. I will definately be making these again in the VERY near future!
