What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

red peppers, chopped

Tbsp. chili powder

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided

flour tortillas (6 inch)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/2

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Make It

BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in peppers and chili powder; cook 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

STIR in sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese; spoon down centers of tortillas. Roll up; place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch pan. Drizzle with dressing; top with salsa and remaining cheese.

BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

I made this recipe last month, and mu husband asked me to make it again for Cinco de Mayo. I dould not believe that he liked it that much, sometimes it is so hard to get him to try new foods.

I have 7 kids from 11 down to 1. They ALL loved it!! I made a few changes: didn't have red peppers so I used green, made my own salsa with canned tomatoes, added some mozzarella cheese with the cheddar cheese. Next time I'll try the ranch dressing. We all love that!! This was easy, great, and gone!!!

nice- quick and easy dinner. I added some onion when I cooked the beef too... and some taco seasonings that come in a packet-but only half of the packet.. gave it nice flavor.

I THOUGHT THIS RECIPE WAS VERY GOOD BUT I ADDED REFRIED BEANS TO THE INSIDE OF THE ROLL UP. IT ADDED A DIFFERENT FLAVOR.

Delicious! A family favorite. I've made it following the recipe and we loved it. I've also made it with taco seasoning instead of the chili powder and a can of Mexi-corn instead of the fresh red peppers. We loved it. They are also great heated up the next day for lunch!

I had to make alot of changes but the base of the recipe was good. I added 1/2 tbs of cumin and made my own salsa from canned tomatoes, onions garlic and cilatnro. I also added garlic to the beef misture. i had real high expectations for this but it didnt turn out the way i thought it would.
