I'm giving this recipe 5 stars only because of the changes that I made. After reading all of the reviews, I decided to make some changes to the original recipe. First of all, I completely omitted the chili powder. I used taco seasoning and just prepared the meat as if I were preparing tacos. I also used green peppers rather than red since they are so much cheaper. I also used ranch dressing instead of sour cream, which added excellent flavor!!! I highly recommend that. I think next time I will leave the salsa out only cause I'm not a huge salsa fanatic anyway.
