I've made this recipe about 3 times, big hit with the Hubby and his Brother and some of my girlfriends! The changes I made were as follows: 1. Use Tex Mex Chili Powder (Instead of regular chili powder). 2. Omit Itilian Dressing. 3. Replace the sour cream with ranch dressing and add a little more. 4. Use one red and one green pepper for more flavor. 5. Add one whole cup of cheese to the hamburger meat (instead of a 1/2 cup). 6. Fold ends in so it is tucked away like a burrito (insides not showing) and cook til edges are brown and crispy. EXCELLANCE!

This is a great recipe. My 9 year old loves to help make it.

I liked the chili powder, and my husband and son loved it. My husband doesn't even like tacos!

I like the difference the chili powder gives the recipe instead of taco seasoning. I mix peppers depending what I have on hand.

I'm giving this recipe 5 stars only because of the changes that I made. After reading all of the reviews, I decided to make some changes to the original recipe. First of all, I completely omitted the chili powder. I used taco seasoning and just prepared the meat as if I were preparing tacos. I also used green peppers rather than red since they are so much cheaper. I also used ranch dressing instead of sour cream, which added excellent flavor!!! I highly recommend that. I think next time I will leave the salsa out only cause I'm not a huge salsa fanatic anyway.

I loved this recipe. I did follow suggestions from comments. I added onions, extra chili powder, garlic, and red pepper flakes for an extra kick. I would make this again.

I gave this recipe three stars because my husband really liked it. I myself was not impressed. I did put the dressing in the hamburger. I will make some changes next time I make it. I think I will cut the amount of peppers by half and add onions, garlic, a can of diced tomatoes, a can of kidney beans and more chili powder. This will make it like chili roll ups with zip (italian dressing.)

Even better if you add black olives and lettuce and serve with a side of spanish style rice.
