What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

red peppers, chopped

Tbsp. chili powder

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided

flour tortillas (6 inch)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/2

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Make It

BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in peppers and chili powder; cook 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

STIR in sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese; spoon down centers of tortillas. Roll up; place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch pan. Drizzle with dressing; top with salsa and remaining cheese.

BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

I give this recipe 2 stars as it is written, but 3 stars after I fixed it up to suit our taste. As written, the meat mixture is bland, and I don't that it wasn't spicy, I mean it had next to no flavor at all. After I tried it I added additional chili powder, then onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to give it both flavor and spice. Now it was pretty good. I should have followed the lead of other reviewers and just added taco seasoning to begin with.

I thought these were really good. They remind me of tortilla roll ups my mom makes with tomato sauce.

This recipe turned out great. I made a couple of adjustments. 1. I didn't use the Italian Dressing and 2. I used taco seasoning instead of chili powder. It was a hit in our house!

This was a very easy recipe to make at the last minute. I was skeptical about my boys eating it, but they wolfed it down! I would definitely make this recipe again.

My husband and I cooked this meal. We are new to this shopping bag idea. And so far so great!!! This meal we amazing! We spiced up the beef with some extra seasonings and we made mexican rice to go with it! YUMMY!!

I accidentally burned parts of the tortillas becauese I left them in a minute too long. But my husband and I still loved them! THey were really easy and tasty.

We had this the other night. My boyfriend loved it but the kids and I wheren't too fond of it. I should have added taco seasoning to it for more taste. Might try again someday

WE JUST LOVED THIS ONE. THE 12 YEAR OLD , AND THE TWO 14 YEAR OLDS HAVE ASKED FOR IT AGAIN. ONE 14 YEAR OLD WOULD LIKE IT BETTER IF IT HAD HOTTER PEPPERS IN IT. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. ME I THINK I'LL TRY IT ONCE WITH ONIONS AND MAYBE EVEN SLICED GREEN OLIVES IN IT.
