Easy to make with ingredients I usually have on hand. Not too flavorful though. I would add a little BBQ sauce or worcestershire to the mix to add some zip.

I tweaked this a bit- used bbq sauce instead of ketchup, omitted the mustard, according to what I had on hand. It was a hit with my hubby and our 3 year old. I served it with mashed potatoes and corn.

This was very good. I used 1/2 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs. The only thing is that we wished it made more--so next time we will double the recipe.

I don't like meatloaf, but loved this! instead of ground meat I used ground Turkey...for the mustard I just used the spicy brown mustard i had on hand. And for the cheese i put the cheddar but also added Mozzarella.

Great recipe. Nice change from same old boring meatloaf. My kids don't like plain meatloaf but loved this.

My 23 yr old daughter hates meatloaf but I was in a pinch and made this anyway. She raved about. Go figure! Next time, at her request, I'll add bacon to it. Who knew so few ingredients would be such a hit!

It did taste like a cheeseburger! I would add a little garlic and onions next time to jazz it up.

I added garlic and onions to this and used bread crumbs instead of the crackers. This turned out very good - my husband loved it!
