Quick-Fix Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Loved it! My boyfriend looks forward to me making this recipe. You don't even taste the Grey Poupon...This is now a regular in my house!

I added Honey dijon dressing instead. we'll see how it turns out?

Good recipe. I thought it was a little dry on the inside. Maybe next time I'll add some salsa or a little ketchup. Other than that, it tasted just like a cheeseburger. Loved the ketchup and cheese on top.

I use whole grain crackers and honey mustard. My sisters four boys and my brother all loved it.

I substituted the ground beef for ground venison, the cheese for fat free cheese and low fat premium crackers...it was wonderful and low fat!

I used seasone breadcrumbs instead of crackers and it turned our great!

My 2 boys are fussy eaters and they loved it!! I also added an egg, and did not have grey poupon so substituted a spicy mustard. I used cheddar cheese and a provolone/mozzarella mix on it and they really liked the cheese. I am always experimenting with meat loaf, because it is one thing that the whole family likes...this recipe is a keeper! I will definately be making this again, only next time will have to make 2.

This recipe was good, but a little bland. Next time I will add salt pepper and worchestire sauce for a little flavor. I added an egg this time to make sure it didn't fall apart as some of the prior comments mentioned it did.

Made this for my family last night and everyone loved it. My 14 year old is a very picky eater and even he loved it. Very simple and easy to make. Will absolutely make again!
