Absolutely delicious! Next time I would leave out the red peppers as my kids aren't big fans, and they added crunch but no true flavor. Instead of sour cream (because I didn't have any) I used white queso dip instead, and it tasted great. I will definately make it again.

This was very easy to make, I think it could use a little more spice, maybe add some garlic?

We aren't a red pepper family so I didn't put in the red peppers but this was SOOO yummy. The only thing I hated about this recipe was it wasn't nearly enough. My b/f and I ate it all and were still both VERY hungry afterwards. (and we aren't fat, lol)

Picky family but they liked this one! 2 year old ate it up and 7 year old thought it was a bit spicy,. so youd have to try for yourself!

Was good... I used a couple substitutions little taco seasoning instead of chilli pepper, lite sour cream, a cup salsa because it needed more taste, and penne pasta instead of rotini. It was over all a nice change. I will use a little more cheese next time.
