What You Need

cups rotini pasta, uncooked

Tbsp. oil

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

red peppers, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Tbsp. chili powder

1/2

cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook and stir 6 min. Add peppers, dressing and chili powder; cook 3 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Stir in salsa and sour cream.

DRAIN pasta. Toss with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Variation

Substitute lean ground beef for the chicken. Omit oil. Brown meat and drain before adding peppers.

For once my whole family loved this recipe. i used precooked season chicken and the whole meal took only 10 minutes. Next time I think I will add a little fresh garlic to the oil and chicken. This is a definate keeper and I will make it a regular in my house only because I am an extremely busy family.

VERY EASY TO MAKE AND A VERY GOOD TASTE TO IT. I WILL MAKE IT AGAIN. i THINK IT WOULD BE GREAT TO OMIT THE PASTA AND USE IT FOR FAJITAS.

Hubby and I really liked this! I made it with ground beef. Also, we didn't have cheddar on hand (a rare thing) so I substituted pepperjack cheese.
