So good, and so quick and easy! I loved the flavor the red pepper added to this dish. If you don't have any on hand, fresh or canned diced tomatoes would be a great substitute!

very delicious, bell peppers are optional to my taste they didn't fit well. the sour cream adds a nice creamy texture to the dish. very tasty!!

I was surprised at the flavor! This was a fast and tasteful recipe. My 9 year old daughter loved it, included the bell peppers. I used both red & green bell peppers.

This recipe is great. It's quick and easy and tastes great. I use everything light and whole grain pasta. One pan makes it a great weeknight meal.

My picky niece even loved this recipe. It is so easy to make and tastes delisious. I add the cheese before I serve it and after to make it extra cheesy.

I used ground chicken meat and it was really good. My family loved it so much that the pot was empty before I even got to serve myself. will definately make again

My family LOVES this! We've made it twice in a week. We grilled the chicken rather than cooked it in oil. It is a new staple! I plan to make it with red and green peppers near Christmas.

This is a nice quick supper. I've also made it with ground beef and that was good too. My kids thought it was a little spicy but they did try it.
