What You Need

cups rotini pasta, uncooked

Tbsp. oil

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

red peppers, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Tbsp. chili powder

1/2

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

1/2

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook and stir 6 min. Add peppers, dressing and chili powder; cook 3 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Stir in salsa and sour cream.

DRAIN pasta. Toss with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

Variation

Substitute lean ground beef for the chicken. Omit oil. Brown meat and drain before adding peppers.

This was delicious. I was worried about putting italian dressing in but it made the dish. I absolutely will make this again!

My husband (who hates pasta by the way) absolutely LOVED this dish and so did I! It was really quick and easy to make, this one's going in the recipe box!
