It was edible, but not that great. I didn't care for the flavor of italian dressing on the veggies...but the chicken turned out well.

I love fried chicken and this is a great substitute for it. I'm always looking for things to make that are similar to the classic fat laden recipes of the past.

Very easy and it was delicious! My 2 yr old daughter even ate some of the veggies! Have added to me recipe box to make again soon

Yum!! I'm not a picky eater - it's definitely 'different' but so good! The veggies are great reheated.

I made this because I had lots of random things to use up before going on vacation - sweet potatoes, onion, chicken breast, broccoli and fresh parm. I used fresh shredded parm which was great! Would definitely make this again as a healthier alternative during the cold winter months!

The vegetables were not good. The chicken was good but plain.

I liked the recipe as is, but my husband didn't particularly like the potato / celery combo.

Tasted great, my family loved it. The longest part of making this though was just the chopping of the vegetables. Other than that, it was very easy. Allow the chicken to cook for at least 25-30 min's though.
