My family loved it!! We also added extra salsa and nacho cheese at the end gave it an extra good kick!!

A very good variation of the classic. It was such a hit with family and friends we had over for dinner. I did add a few spices such as cumin, corriander and cayenne powder and 2 tsp of salt plus a teaspoon of fajita seasoning, small onion and extra salsa. A real treat, this one!!!

The only thing I addad more of was the salsa as I used very lean meat

I find this an excellent way to make a meat loaf for a crowed . This is an easy way to serve meat loaf. And the tast is very good.

This recipe was so easy and so great!! I didn't have quite enough salsa to top it, so I served each slice with a spoonful of drained Rotel. It also made a nice presentation. As a bonus, I used the liquid from the Rotel to add to spanish rice to serve with it and it was a hit! I will definately make this recipe again and again!!

This is definitely one of my husband's favorites. I've always made meatloaf the same way and this recipe was a most welcome change from the same old meatloaf.
