Added onions and some extra spices, but the basic recipe sounded so good I could not wait to make it. We were not disappointed, it was delicious.

I just added a little sauage to it and little seasoning like beeb and then I chage of where the cheese went I put a layer of the mixture down and then I sprinkled the cheese on that and then I put the rest of the mixture over the cheese. and I put a chopped bell pepper in the mixture and I omitted the chle pepper. And everybody loved it my husband and grandson said that was the best meatloaf I ever made. And my grandson don't like meatloaf.

I made it , but added 2 cups of stove tops stuffing, 1/2 cup homemade salsa to it instead of the kraft thick. Salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup of cheese inside and ontop. and 3/4 cup of water instead of a whole cup. Now my homemade salsa is spicey , and has hybanairo's peppers in it as well as jalepeno peppers and all the rest. So it came out very nice and spicey as well with all the onions, bellpeppers, so much better
