The meatloaf was good but I expected more flavor. I may try it again and spice it up some.

I made this meatloaf for my partents and they loved it even better than my mom's homemade recipe that she has been using for years. We all now have a new favorite meatloaf recipe. The flavoring of this meatloaf is perfect without being overpowering.

I made this recipe for my husband using wild boar meat and he loved it!! It was my first attempt making meatloaf because I don't eat meat. It was so simple and he REALLY liked it!

I liked the topping but the body of the meatloaf needed salt.

I tried this out on company. It was a great hit. The dressing and salsa gave it an entirely different taste. I won't make any other kind from now on.

Because I don't eat red meat, I substituted 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey for the ground beef and Stove Top Turkey Stuffing. Also used shredded Colby & Monterrey Jack Cheese. Everything else stayed the same. It's excellent & I will definitely make it again.

Adding salsa , cheese and chile powder to a classic warm your tummy feel good dish does not make it Mexican nor does it make it taste very well !

This was very good and will be making again. The next time I will add alittle chopped onion only because I love the fresh oinon in my meatloaf.

This is the BEST meatloaf receipt I have ever found. It is quick and easy to make, and I do mean EASY! It takes about 10-15 minutes to mix, put in a dish and pop in the oven. It is DELICIOUS! In fact, I have made this meatloaf 2 times already! What a winner!!!
