This is my favorite meatloaf recipe and is always a hit at dinner. We usually pair this with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, but will sometimes eat this with rice.

It was good but so similar in taste to mine, that my familycouldn't tell the difference. Mine's easier.

My family and I loved it. My son had actually eaten a sandwich right before dinner and I figured he would not eat much, but he devoured it. We will most definately have this again. I cannot wait to make it for my in-laws.

This was an amazing reciepe; simple too! Gets a 10 in my book. My husband loved it; and even my picky 3 year old neice ate it.

This recipe was wonderful. I added salsa and cheese to the meat mixture and I used turkey instead of beef. This was so easy to make it will be on my weekly dinner menu for awhile. I covered the whole loaf with salsa before I cooked it and not just the middle.

This recipe was simple and I varied it a bit. My husband and I love spicy things so I added cheddar cheese with salsa in it, which gave it a little different flavor. Instead of the peas, I decided to use a mixed veggie package with broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. The veggie package was microwavable which was quick.

I've made this a couple of times. I like it almost as much as my mom's recipe but the flavors are quite different. I really like that it's so easy to make and requires very little preparation.

This was a wonderful variation for meatloaf I never would have thought of using stove top stuffing the seasonings add so much flavor. Loved all the variations also
