I'm a big fan of mexican style food, but this wasn't very good. I thought it was really dry (probably the stuffing mix), and overall very bland.

I made this for dinner and my family was not over impressed. I think it could be good with some other ingredients. I think instead of chili powder I might do a taco seasoning mix and maybe throw some cheese in the as well (not just on top).

This was a great change to the boring old meatloaf. I made it with ground turkey for a healthy spin. Then we topped it off with sliced avocado and sour cream. Everyone loved it!

I'm all about texture and I didn't like this at all, almost rubbery. Seems like the stuffing mix absorbs the fat from the ground beef. Not much flavor.

I like to make my meatloaf with vegetables and brown rice inside the meatloaf .
