When making this in the oven - do you still mix the rice in right away like you would in the microwave?

Very easy, and tasty. My picky boyfriend loved it. Used tilapia fillets and basil/oregano flavored dice tomatoes. Used 1 can chicken stock instead of water. Rice came out perfect. I cooked it stovetop in a skillet over medium high heat, for about 25minutes. Just make sure to keep lid on.

Very, very easy and you could use any type of dressing to spice it up.

The rice didn't cook and the fish was really fishy. I will probably not make this again.

I made this dish following the provided recipe and I was very disappointed in the taste...my girlfriend actually got a little upset with me because of this dish. The only way to salvage this dish is to bake the fish in the oven (make sure to season and use lemon juice), boil some rice, use fresh tomatoes not from the can, and a lot more dressing than recommended.

Made this for my husband's birthday dinner and he raved about this dish. So easy to make and great results.

This was a welcome change in taste for fish! My fiance loved it and I will make again. I also added more chicken broth than the receipe called for and baked in the oven covered with foil. I served it with the peppercorn & parm asparagus and got rave reviews

I was surprised at how good it was. I was continuously searching for lent (no meat) recipes and this is a keeper.

Very easy, fast. I used Balsamic dressing instead of Italian, excellent

It was good. A few too many tomatoes though.
