I, myself, am not a very big meatloaf lover but this recipe was very tasty. My husband and daughter just loved this. This is the first time they asked me when I am going to make this again!

We loved this recipe. I had to cook it for about a hour to get it done. Next time I want add as much sauce to the meat. I also used garden vegetable spagetti sauce which made it taste great.

I did not include the zucchini and mushrooms but it turned out great. I am not a meatloaf fan and I really like it, my Husband was impressed as well. It was very moist and flavorful. I will definately be making this again.

I use bison instead of ground beef. It is lean and we like the taste. Basil gives it a touch also.

I have not tried this one yet, but I am responding to the person who did not like zucchini. I used zucchini in meatloaf before and no one noticed! The meatloaf was tender and jucy.

We do not like zucchini, is there another vegetable that can be used instead but still give it a great taste.

Was good, as far as meatloaf goes, i used ketchup instead of BBQ sauce (so my 3 year old would eat it). If i make it again i may try a different flavor of stuffing mix
