Excellent recipe!!! It's quick and easy. I used Ground Turkey, instead of Ground Beef.

I would make this again with a few changes. It needed something different in spices- possibly a little seasoned salt.

This was delicious, and my husband and I couldn't wait to eat the leftovers! I will definitely make it again.

This provided a tasty alternative to our regular meatloaf, much appreciated by my family. It also provided an excellent way to use the remaining zucchini left in the garden at the end of the summer! I'll probably play with the recipe a little the next time. I didn't get the Italian flavors I thought I would but everyone here loved it.

It was a simple recipe to follow and very easy to prepare. It's a great week night dinner, just add a salad and dinner is done.

My husband loved this meatloaf. He said I should make it when we have the whole family over for dinner. I used half a pound of ground sausage and ground meat. I think next time I'll use less Oregano and add my own spices. Also the recipe makes way more than 6 servings. It was great!
