Question- I prefer the taste of Pork and so I would like to use ground Pork instead of Beef. Does anyone know what the temp and time would be for that? Has anyone tried that? Thanks.

I changed a few things, I used half spaggetti sauce and half hot salsa, also added cup of onion &cup of celery, used cornbread dressing and doubled the cheese. I guess you could say I made a totaly different meatloaf, but it sure was good!!!! try it folks you won't be sorry. oh ya, i omitted the oregano too. it's just me but I would sooner eat dirt. not much diff. but the dirt has better texture.

This was very tastey! I was worried about the Italian flavor, but it still tasted like meatloaf. Just better!

My husband gave this recipe a "thumbs up". This means that it is "keeper". I may try adding a little garlic to the meat mixture next time.

I was curious about this recipe because I have never cooked a meatloaf in such a short time. I tried it last night and added an egg to the recipe, cut down on the oregano and added garlic, sage, thyme and rosemary. After 25 minutes in the oven, it was not cooked enough so I left it in 15-20 minutes longer (about 40-45 minutes total), then uncovered it, added the cheese and cooked it 10 minutes more. It was pretty good. My husband loved it. I'll probably make again.

I made this for a potluck. Friends said it was "OK", but my husband asked me not to make it again. I thought that it was good. It was easy to make, even in an RV.

Meatloaf was okay, but I think I prefer traditional style. Maybe too much oregano, tasted too much like spaghetti. Would make again with less oregano and traditional ketchup-brown sugar topping.

I made this tonight with almost none of the suggested ingredients. I just wanted to point out that you can use these recipes for new ideas. As all of the cooks out there know, you've got to use what's at hand. I changed everything except the spaghetti sauce in this dish and it was fabulous! Have an inventive dinner tonight!
