I haven't made this recipe yet, but I'm sure it will turn out great--as most recipes I find on this site do...however, I just had to respond to katwomanmeow's rating about her husband not liking the zucchini--and next she'll just mix it in and he'll never know! SO TRUE! I don't know how many times my husband will tell me 'remember, when you make 'so-and-so' don't put this ingredient in it' and I"ll have to tell him that the last 3 times he ate that meal it had the disliked ingredient in it, he just didn't know, and obviously couldn't tell the difference. Most of the time the ingredient is one that I LIKE but HE DOESN'T so I have to sneak it in!!!!!

I thought this was a very creative way to serve a classic dish. My husband wasn't to happy with the zuccini on top, so next time I will mix it in with the meat. He'll never know.

This recipe is wonderful, even my children liked it I also had my mom over for dinner and she doesn't like meatloaf, but she loved this and asked for the recipe. The next day I found out my sister and her co-workers also wanted the recipe!

My family loved this dish. Great way to get my daughter to eat her veggies.

Served this for my sister's birthday and it was a HIT! The consistency, taste, and completeness (one meal in a pan) made this a keeper. Serving only 6 people from this has to be a mistake. The pieces would be HUGE.

Worst meatloaf I ever made. Into the garbage disposal it went after 3 days in fridge and no one would touch it again. Sorry this was not worth making.

Best meatloaf my husband had ever eaten. He did not want me to change a single thing in the recipe!

This was awesome. My daughter told me to never make "regular" meatloaf again. I added chopped onion, green bell pepper, italian seasonings, spices, and garlic salt. I served it with Speghetti Squash with speghetti sauce and garlic bread and salad. We loved it.

I entertain often fixing meals for friends and family. This was really good. I've also done it without the veggies & just mushrooms and it was terrific. I like using a flavored Spaghetti Sauce with garlic.
