Easy Layered Italian Meatloaf

What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided

tsp. dried oregano leaves, divided

1-1/2

lb. extra-lean ground beef

cups chopped zucchini

cups sliced fresh mushrooms

3/4

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX stuffing mix with half each of the spaghetti sauce and oregano. Add meat; mix well. Pat into 13x9-inch baking dish.

MIX vegetables and remaining spaghetti sauce and oregano. Spoon over meat mixture; cover.

BAKE 25 min. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until meatloaf is done (160°F).

This looked much better than it actually was. My family was disappointed with it... ended up drowning it in ketchup... It is not a "keeper"

I have LOVED everything I have made off of this site. However, this meatloaf was so bad, I ended up throwing most of it out. It lacked taste/flavor. It looked nice, but it had NO flavor. I would skip this meatloaf and try another one... save the money and the time.

I added other veggies to mine to make it an all-in-one dish with added nutrients. Made for an easy lunch the following day - just as good reheated!

I used half lean ground beef and half ground sasauge. I had friends over and they just raved and raved about this. It was an amazing bursts of flavor.

this was so good. my kids are very picky eaters but they loved it. the meat was very moist and the vegatables were a nice twist.

I loved this recipe so much I pass the recipe out to several people. It not only tasted excellent it was very easy to prepare. I will add this to my list of favorites.
