Easy Layered Italian Meatloaf

What You Need

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided

tsp. dried oregano leaves, divided

1-1/2

lb. extra-lean ground beef

cups chopped zucchini

cups sliced fresh mushrooms

3/4

cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX stuffing mix with half each of the spaghetti sauce and oregano. Add meat; mix well. Pat into 13x9-inch baking dish.

MIX vegetables and remaining spaghetti sauce and oregano. Spoon over meat mixture; cover.

BAKE 25 min. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until meatloaf is done (160°F).

this was good but it reminded me of lasagna. I would make it again...

I enjoyed this but hubby did not. He thought it was okay but I did agree with him that it was a bit mushy. I dont think when I make this again, I will use the entire dressing package. Kids enjoyed it tho!

This recipe was very good and easy to make, my family really enjoyed the vegetables mixed with the sauce, and the sauce added a great flavor to the meat, very moist. The only downside was that the cooking time is off big time!! it took this meatloaf about 1hour 20 minutes to be completely done and probably because the adding of the stove top stuffing, it was enough for a serving of 12!! we love meat, so normally we eat a little more than a serving and I had plenty for all of us to have seconds the next day. Other that that very good. p.s. I would decrease the amount of sauce that you reserve for the topping, a bit to much.

I thought this recipe was great and so did my family! Not being a traditional meatloaf fan, I would really liked the veggies and the spaghetti sauce in the recipe. Definitely will make it again.

I tried this recipe last night, and it was not received well. To begin with, the cooking time is way off. I would recommend at least an hour and 10 minutes before adding cheese to the top. The spaghetti sauce was a nice addition, and I will use that incredient for other meatloaf recipes. I used savory herb stovetop and no oregano, so maybe that affected the flavor. It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't anything to write home about.

I would add more of different spices like, peper, more solt, make it taste a little better

It was very good. A little strange at first. But my family really liked it.

A very good recipie! Very different from what we usually eat, but we loved it. I didn't have zucini, so I put snow peas and red bell pepper, and it tasted great still! :) Its very good!

This recipe was good!! My family loves meatloaf and even though it's alittle different, they liked it all the same. My little girl wasn't too keen on the zucchini. Next time I may try another type of vegetable instead.
