This was VERY good, tastes EXCATLY the same as the carry out from around the block!! I will be making again!! I made ouble the sauce as it call for and had it with Egg Noodles instead of rice!! It was OHHH SOOOO Good!
Taste just like at the Chinese restaurant and takes only minutes.
Very unique flavor... different than traditional Beef and Broccoli but very good anyways! I doubled the beef strips and used a whole bag of frozen broccoli, turned out perfect.
Super easy, and fast. I used more broccoli, since 1 Cup didn't seem to be enough. Next time, I will cook it longer, since the frozen broccoli wasn't cooked enough the way I like it. I will add Snow Peas as well next time!!
Just wasn't the flavor I was looking for with beef and broccoli. But it was VERY easy to make.
VERY GOOD!! I substituted the ground ginger with garlic and it was yummy! Very quick and easy weeknight meal. Leftovers were good too!
I was very surprised how good this was. My son cried for five mins not to eat dinner and finally took a bite and said "mmm, this is good". LOL!
This was surprisingly good given some of the comments. I thought the hoisin sauce was neccesary and added to the flavor. I did make a few substitutions like using real rice not minute rice and I did not have ginger so I used garlic for seasoning.
Fast & easy. I used 3 cups fresh broccoli instead of 2 cups frozen and thought it actually could have used 4 cups fresh. I also sprinkled ground ginger in the sauce instead of using gingerroot and it was good. My husband asked me to make this recipe again.
My whole family loved this recipe! I zipped it up by serving over Thai Ginger Lime Rice. It was delicous - I have made it several times now, and I usually do not have much left over. * I found the Hoisen sauce in my grocer's Asian food section - right next to the Soy Sauce.
