I made this for dinner tonight, I thought it was easy and it was very tasty. I used brown rice instead of white rice, and I also used fresh broccoli florets and fresh ginger that was grated. the only bad thing and it is no bad, just a bit time comsuming was grating the fresh ginger. I thought it was tasty and I added a sprinkle of salt and fresh black pepper to the meat before stir-frying it and the dish went over very well, considering asking for a tablespoon of ginger and it did not overpower the dish at all. it was good.
