Recipe was super easy, quick and delicious! I did substitute the gingeroot etc. to make a sauce and just bought a jar of stir fry sauce.

I tried this recipe on Sunday, it was very easy and it tasted great. I used fresh broccoli and I added some flour to the sauce because I wanted more thickness. Great recipe!

I made this for dinner tonight, I thought it was easy and it was very tasty. I used brown rice instead of white rice, and I also used fresh broccoli florets and fresh ginger that was grated. the only bad thing and it is no bad, just a bit time comsuming was grating the fresh ginger. I thought it was tasty and I added a sprinkle of salt and fresh black pepper to the meat before stir-frying it and the dish went over very well, considering asking for a tablespoon of ginger and it did not overpower the dish at all. it was good.

my new years resolution is to make one new meal a week, i began with this one and it was fairly easy for someone who is no a cook. My son 14 months old LOVED the taste. One thing the meat was kinda of hard, they advised me at work to hammer the meat before cooking.
