I LOVE BROCCOLI AND WHITE RICE WITH EXTRA SAUCE FROM THE CHINESE RESTAURANT. I EVEN USED THAI RICE, HOWEVER, WHEN I MADE IT LAST NIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH SAUCE TO COVER MY RICE. I THINK I WOULD NEED MORE OF THE CATALINA, HOISIN, AND GINGER ROOT. I MAY EVEN PLAY WITH IT BY SUBSTITUTING THE BEEF FOR SHRIMP OR EVEN CHICKEN. THANKS FOR IT ALL.
