This recipe was VERY messy, but also really fun to make. I used mint double stuffed oreos instead of the original oreos and that gave it a great flavor! However, I would suggest that when making these you let the cream cheese and oreo filling sit in the fridge for about an hour to firm up before shaping into balls.

I made this recipe for some coworkers, and they loved them. I also had some in my refrigerator and my mother tried them, said they were really good. Will definately do again.

Excellent recipe: super easy to make and only 3 ingredients! I will try them with white chocolate next time since that seems to be a hit too.

The truffles were a huge hit with friends and co-workers. For the second batch, I used some maraschino cherries and coated them with the melted chocolate. They are just as delicious.

I made this recipe for all of my chocaholic friends. From the ones that got to sample, they loved it. Like other people who have commented, I dipped half of them in white chocolate and liked them better. The all chocolate ones were so rich. I will make them again for holiday parties and gift giving!!!

These truffles were delicious and easy to make. They are very rich so I found dipping them in white chocolate was much better.
