The oreo's on the top was messy. But we my kids loved it.

These truffles were delicious and easy to make. They are very rich so I found dipping them in white chocolate was much better.

Super tasty and easy. Impressive looking, too. I made these as an anniversary present to my husband, and they came out looking just like the photograph. Not nearly as messy to make as I had envisioned. Had no problems incorporating the softened cream cheese with just a fork. For my taste, the truffles might be improved with the addition of some almond or rum flavoring to the oreo mixture. But still very good as is.

Hard to believe these only used 3 ingredients! They were so yummy, everyone was asking for the recipe. If you are a chocolate lover or an oreo cookie lover, these are for you!

Absolutely Fabulous!!!!!! I made this as a special treat for my husband's birthday, and I have not been able to stop eating them myself. By far, this is the best truffle recipe I have come across and it was extra easy to make. A bit of advice though...it is so delectable, it is easy to forget that they are made with cream cheese...one little detail that I personally forgot...I am lactose intolerant!

They are incredibly yummy!! The only misleading thing was it took me longer than the 30 minute prep time-more like an hour and 15 minutes. Totally worth it though!

Took this to the teacher's lounge...it was gone in less than an hour...the skinny teachers were eating 2-3! I have never made truffles before, this was easy and fun! I used the mixer to mix in the cream cheese, it made it a lot easier! Big winner in my book!
