These are so good...everyone in my family loves them & goes crazy when I make them for get togethers. It is best to put them in the fridge over nite...they are easier to handle. I have found tho you can't use any lite or no fat cream cheese...gotta use the real deal or its hard to roll into balls. Also I use white chocolate...it tastes alot better.

3rd Christmas I've made these...get requests for them from family & friends! Tip: I make these over the course of 2 days: blend cookies w/cream cheese then chill for a few hours before rolling into balls. Then freeze on cookie sheets over night. Makes it WAY easier to dip in melted choc. Used mint oreos, white chocolate and crushed candy canes on top...YUM!

These were awesome and so easy to make! I made them for teacher's gifts, but now I have to make a another batch for ourselves to enjoy!

Best ever! my husband is not a sweet guy, but begged my to make these again. One small recomendation would be to put the bowl of cream cheese and oreo in the frig for just a few minutes to give it a little firmness before dipping in chocolate.

OMG so NOT easy at all!!! this took me way too long with a ton of frustration. I had to keep throwing the mix in the fridge to form the balls...which now look awful because it's impossible to get them round. need someone with tricks on how to dip things in melted chocolate.

vERY SIMPLE TO MAKE AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FOOD PROCESSOR OR ROLLING PIN A MEAT TENDERIZER AND A PLASTIC BAGS WORKS WELL TO CRUSH UP THE COOKIES. MADE FOR CO WORKERS AND WAS A BIG HIT.
