These were a big hit! Great to have a recipe on hand for the summer - no baking needed! You can really get creative with these. Added some raspberry preserves into cream cheese mixture - delicious!

Everytime I make these I get asked for the recipe. Make them for the holidays for gifts. People will love them!!! It's always a potluck hit too.

Loved the filling. Very Rich! Almost too Rich for me. Only could eat one so next time I will probably do White chocolate for the outside layer. :) Everyone who likes it rich LOVED it
