I made these for a teacher retirement luncheon. They were a BIG hit. Had tons of requests for the recipe. I used vanilla almond bark instead of the semi-sweet chocolate. Tasted like the fudge dipped oreos you can only get at x-mas time. SO GOOD AND SO EASY TO MAKE!!!!

It was delicious! I made it for my sister in law and she loved it! She asked me for the recipe, but I told her it was a secret and told her anyways. Will definitely make it again. I plan to make it for a friend's birthday this weekend.

Easy and tastes great! Low calorie version is using reduced fat oreos and 1/3 fat cream cheese. Cuts down on the amount of fat, but not on the taste. Your friends and family will enjoy this one.

I love these faux truffles. They are delicious, and very luxureous. I place the Oreos cookies, cream and all, in a gallon size freezer baggie. I beat and roll the whole cookies with a rolling pin. The I combine the pulverized Oreos and warm creamcheese stiring for quite a long time, until the crumbs are no longer crunchy and are mushy. The mixtures sticks together and is almost greasy looking. Then roll the balls between my hands and place onto a waxpaper covered sheet, and freeze the balls for about an hour. Then dip the partially frozen balls into VERY hot melted chocolate about one at a time, and place on a fresh wax paper covered sheet. I only take about 10 out of the freezer at a time, keeping the other Oreo balls in the freezer as I work. I re-heat the chocolate several times. After I am finished I drizzle the tops with white chocolate, refigerate for a day or so, and...They look and taste smashing!
