I think the taste is overrated for the amount of money and time I spent on them. I mixed everything up in the food processor (Oreos and cream cheese), which saved a lot of time. I had to freeze the mixture for a while to get it firm enough to work with. I'd give the final product 5 stars for appearance but just 3 for taste. I made them for a shower and people thought they looked great but I noticed a lot went half-eaten. If you like gooey Oreo taste you will like these, but since they contained such processed cookies I felt like the artificial aftertaste was too overpowering. In the amount of time I spent on them I could have just made real truffles.

These are fabulous! Everyone wants the recipe and wants me to make more. Instead of sprinkling the remaining crumbs on top, I drizzle melted white chocolate stripes across the tops. They look very professional.

This truffle looks so professional. Friends are wantoing me to make this for them to give as Christmas gifts. The truffles are rich and creamy, almost tasting like cheesecake inside. Definitely try making these, they are so simple.

These truffles looked and tasted professional. I especially like the Mint Oreo flavor. I was a little concerned because there were fewer cookies in the Mint Oreo bag but they turned out great.

It was such an easy recipe to follow and everyone who's tried it absolutely LOVES it! I've had two people ask for the recipe already. I didn't use all the chocolate. If I did it again, I would only melt 1-1.5 of the chocolate. Definitely try it!
