This were so incredibly easy!! I made them for a bake auction as a fundraiser for our church and they sold for $60!!!! Everyone wanted the recipe!!

This truffle looks so professional. Friends are wantoing me to make this for them to give as Christmas gifts. The truffles are rich and creamy, almost tasting like cheesecake inside. Definitely try making these, they are so simple.

These truffles looked and tasted professional. I especially like the Mint Oreo flavor. I was a little concerned because there were fewer cookies in the Mint Oreo bag but they turned out great.

It was such an easy recipe to follow and everyone who's tried it absolutely LOVES it! I've had two people ask for the recipe already. I didn't use all the chocolate. If I did it again, I would only melt 1-1.5 of the chocolate. Definitely try it!

So easy to make! And they look perfect! They taste great; very rich. Incredibly easy. I think I will make them as gifts.

My fiance' prefers white chocolate so I altered the recipe a little. I used Golden Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips. He loved it!

I can't even tell you how wonderful these truffles are!!! So incredibly simple and deliciously rich. I like to drizzle a bit of white chocolate over them, too, for a bit of color and presentation. I will make these again soon for that sinful indulgence I need! Highly recommended.

This was so easy to make, and so good! My 5 year old son had a ball helping put sprinkles on the top instead of the crushed cookies.
