These were amazing! I made them for friends and they adored them! I also made some with Berry Blast Ice Cream Oreos, they were also amazing! Great simple recipe! Love them!

The truffles are so rich you can only eat one or two, I consider that a good thing. We needed to melt more chocolate than the recipe calls for and they didn't come out so pretty, but they tasted heavenly.

I've never made anything like a truffle before, so this was completely new. They turned out heavenly! I did make the mistake of rolling them in to balls and then putting them all in a bowl before freezing them. BAD idea, as they all stuck together. Also, maybe I need help in the chocolate-melting-department, because my chocolate melted fine... but the truffles didn't look ANYTHING CLOSE to the picture. In comparison, mine looked like a 2 yr-old attempted them. In the end though, they tasted amazing and were a huge hit with the family, and I'll definitely be making these for many years to come.

I've made this recipe several times and always receive rave reviews. I have to chill the oreo balls in the fridge first (for about an hour) so they won't disintegrate in the warm chocolate.

I've made this recipe twice now. Once for a Christmas party (covered with white chocolate and then drizzled with semi-sweet) and the second time was with a peppermint cookie. Both times they came out great and people enjoyed them.
