What You Need

lb. lean ground beef

onion, chopped

can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup

egg

3/4

cup milk

cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

green onions, chopped

1-1/2

cups all-purpose baking mix

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in soup; cook 3 min. or until heated through. Spoon into 2-qt. baking dish.

BEAT egg and milk with whisk in medium bowl. Add cheese and onions; mix well. Add baking mix; stir just until moistened. Drop by spoonfuls over meat mixture.

BAKE 35 min. or until biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through.

Nothing really great. Way too much buscuit and not enough other stuff.

I made a slight change. I added mashed potatoes to the top instead of the mix, as well as finely chopped green peppers to the meat mixture.

was ok, way too much biscuit top. needs more meat and/or veggis. if i make it again i will drastically change it.

This was okay. Definitley needs jazzing up. I recommend adding diced tomatoes too. It was very filling, and no one complained, so I think it is a keeper.

This was very good, I think next time I will add more beef because we had more biscuit topping than anything else!

I read the other comments before making this and added green beans, basil, and a little italian dressing for flavor. I also used a little less of the biscuits. Great recipe for my picky eater fiance!

This was okay but it needs to be jazzed up a little. But it is a good meal for the nights when you don't really want to cook.

I would definatly add more meat to the mix, at least another 1/2lb if not another 1lb. The flavor was good, just too much biscuit.
