Turned out very good. I added a few cloves of garlic to perk up the taste, a can of diced tomatoes with jalapenos and 1/2 tsp. of cumin along with the tbls. of chili powder. Very tasty.

We added a little hot sauce and cayenne pepper to the recipe and it was great. Not too spicy and not too mild. Just right.

This was GREAT! I used ground turkey, mexicorn and some medium salsa I had on hand. No red pepper, but chili powder and black pepper. YUM! They asked for this again and even had seconds!

VERY BLAND! I had to add A TON of chili powder and garlic for flavor.... also needed more salt.

Super easy and very flavorful! I used ground turkey and it made no difference at all to the flavor. I made this ahead of time and let it sit on the burner at low with the lid on until dinner and it turned out delicious! Topped with some sour cream and served with Betty Crocker cornbread! Yum!
