SOOO yummy! Goes very well with pasta dishes that have red sauces, but also could go with any meal!

We loved this! Me and my grandmother ate a whole loaf in one sitting. I did add extra garlic and shredded cheese on top. I baked mine at 375 for about 15 minutes instead of broiling it. I used the large loaf of french bread and wanted the bottom to be a little crisp. I have also made this substituting the olives with mushrooms and onions that were baced with a little butter and a knorr beef bullion cube. Now that was heaven on a plate. You could really add anything you want to the cheese mixture. I can't wait to make it again!

If you want an excessively cheesy bread from the broiler - this is for you. If you want a spin off garlic bread - this probably won't meet your expectations. Love the olives! They are not overpowering at all.

This was not only delicious, but so easy a child could do it! I sprinkled a little granulated garlic and fresh ground pepper on top before toasting it. This bread disappeared so fast that I should have made double the recipe.
