Someone alwasys asks for the recipe after they have tried this dip. You always bring home a clean plate! So easy to make-- tastes just as good as the artichoke dips that you need to bake in the oven. I like to use minced garlic that comes in a jar instead of fresh.

I have made this recipe twice now & both times it has disappeared quickly, plus is super easy to make. I will definitely keep this as a mainstay for parties.

This dip took like 5 minutes and it was really good. When I left the party I took home a clean plate. I made it literally right before I left for the party and microwaved it at the person's house. I would definetly make it again.

This dip disappears everytime I make it. I add a little more parmesan cheese and cook it for 3 minutes in the microwave.

I thought this dip was really good but next time I think I will use half the garlic. I thought it was too garlicy but otherwise it was delicious and I would make it again.
