When I made this I made two batches. One with crab and the other with salmon (for people who can't eat shell fish). Both were excellent and would definately make them again & again.

I made this for our family Thanksgiving dinner as an appitizer and I'll say that as easy it was to make everyone there tried it and LOVED it. And as far as easiness.... so simply made the night before.

I took this to an adult birthday party and everyone really liked it. Several people wanted the recipe and I still knew the ingredients so I wrote down the recipe for them. It is easy to make and I like the fact that it can be make ahead.

This was so easy and my grown children and spouses ate it all. I did put jalepeno peppers, green onions and green peppers in it.

I served this at a party for family & friends the day after Thanksgiving. I substituted bacon bits for the ham. It was a big hit! So easy to make. Next time I'll make a double batch.
