Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cupcakes

What You Need

pkg. (2-layer size) devil's food cake mix

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

cup cold milk

1/2

cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

1-1/2

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/4

cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

PREPARE cake batter and bake in 24 paper-lined muffin cups as directed on package. Cool 30 min. (Cupcakes still need to be warm to fill.)

BEAT pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Add peanut butter; mix well. Spoon into small freezer-weight resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Snip off one corner from bottom of bag. Insert tip of bag into center of each cupcake; pipe in about 1 Tbsp. filling.

MICROWAVE COOL WHIP and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 1 min. Dip tops of cupcakes in glaze; sprinkle with nuts.

Wow! These are so good! These were so easy and look like they were hard to make. I took someone else's advice and used my Pampered Chef decorator tube tool to fill them and it was too easy! Will make again for sure.

These were AWESOME!! My boyfriend loves them! Impossible to get the filling in with a baggy with the end cut off, but I used a bakers frosting bag with the metal tip and it worked perfectly. Love these!

Had some difficulty getting the peanut butter mixture into the cupcake. I used an apple corer to pre make a hole. Still, it sometimes "blew out" the cupcake. they were good and the kids liked them. Not sure I'll make again

The peanut butter mixture that goes inside the cupcakes was really rich, and it was pretty messy. I had to poke about four holes, instead of one, to get enough inside the cupcakes. They were really good, everyone loved them, they have a great appearance.

I used a Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix and the Pampered Chef Easy Accent® Decorator with long pointy tip and it worked perfectly! These turned out great!

Oh my gosh! I made this for both kids and adults and everyone just raved about it! It is so impressive and yet so easy to make! They are scrumptious! I'll be making them again and again!
