What an easy quick dish! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of the chicken breasts, as that is what I had on hand. I did season it a bit with salt and pepper. I also used fat-free cream cheese, low fat cheddar cheese and low fat chicken broth and the recipe turned out just fine. I will make this again.

I cook the chicken with Zesty Italian Fat Free Dressing, black pepper and garlic power for more flavor. I also use shredded moterrey jack instead of shredded cheddar cheese. Next time I will cook the pasta with salt so it will not be plan.

I added fresh ground black pepper, salt, and tobasco sauce for a little bit of flavor. Even after that, my husband & I both though tit very bland. Would make again, but Id definitely do something to wake it up!

This was fine with my family. Not a superstar, but definitely a good meal. I added lots of cracked black pepper to give it a little kick.

This was great! I made a few adjustments - a whole can of chicken broth, 6 oz light cream cheese, 1/4 miracle whip, and 4 cups uncooked pasta. If I could, I would rate it a 4 1/2. Not quite a 5.
