i double the recipe and add 1/4 cup of salsa to this recipe feed my party of 7.. all gone

FOUND THE TEXTURE VERY THIN...RUNNY EVEN...OVERALL THE TASTE WAS GOOD...HUSBAND REALLY LIKED THIS ONE.

My family liked this o.k. but not something I would rush to make again. Thawing out the frozen corn seemed to make it mushy. I would try either fresh corn or a good brand of canned if I were to make this again.
