Make sure that your frozen corn is completely thawed before making or your it will turn out luke warm

I tripled this recipe as my contribution for a Thanksgiving buffet. To say it was a hit is an understatement. Simple, inexpensive, and good tasting. What more could you want?

I made this for a thnaksgiving sidedish 3 years ago because I was short on time and it was an instant hit with all of the family! Now for every family gathering I get at least one request for it!

I made double quantity of this for a church pot luck. It was very good but definitely needed the addition of the drops of hot sauce. Although I am not much for really spicy foods, this would have been too bland without the hot sauce. The next time I make it, may try adding another seasoning also.

This is my husband's new favorite side dish! Its a modern version of Grandma's homemade cream corn! Its so good!

I made this recipe for my companys holiday potluck about a year ago. It was a very good hit. Everyone loved it! I look forward to making it again for my family during the holidays this year!
